Advocating for the Safety and Rights of Every Child
Kids are the core of every community, and their protection must always be a priority. The theme for this year’s National Children’s Month, “OSAEC-CSAEM Wakasan: Kaligtasan at Karapatan ng Bata, Ipaglaban!” urges us to combat online sexual abuse and exploitation. In an era where the internet is integrated into our everyday existence, it’s disheartening to realize that some individuals exploit it to endanger children. This theme serves as a reminder for all to safeguard children not just in the physical world but also in the online space.
