This year's Nutrition Month was a memorable experience for me and my classmates. The theme was "Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!" it's powerful theme to call to action, reminding us that access to safe, sufficient, and nutritious food is not a privilege, but a fundamental human right. Nutrition Month this year was a truly special and meaningful event for my classmates and me. It was a time not only to learn more about healthy living but also to come together, have fun, and support each other as a class. The entire month felt like a collective effort, where we all contributed our unique skills and enthusiasm to make every activity a success. It was more than just a school event; it was an opportunity to strengthen our bonds and create lasting memories outside of our regular classroom routine.

Food Fest ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●
|
For our food fest, we didn't just sell random snacks. We made a menu of healthy meals that were still delicious. We had some classmates who were great at cooking, others who were awesome at decorating our booth, and even some who were born to be salespeople. We all had a role, and we had a blast working together. We weren't just a class; we were a team. We felt so proud when we saw our schoolmates enjoying the healthy food we made. It proved that eating well can be fun and easy.

Nutri- Jingle Competition ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●
|
Then there was the nutri-jingle competition. A few of our friends had the guts to get on stage and perform a song about good nutrition. They practiced so hard, and even though they didn't win, we were cheering loudly and proudly for them. Why? Because they put their hearts into it and represented our class with so much pride. It wasn't about the prize, it was about the support we showed each other. That’s what a real team does.
Overall, This Nutrition Month taught me that big ideas like "food at nutrition security" aren't just for adults to figure out. It starts with us, in our own classrooms and communities. It's about working together, having fun, and supporting our friends. I realized that my small actions, like helping at our food booth or cheering for our jingle team are part of a bigger goal. We all have a role to play in making sure everyone has access to good food. And that's a goal worth fighting for.
